The International Workshop for International Office (IWIO 2019) was held at Royale Chulan Hotel, Georgetown, Penang, Malaysia as sponsored by the Ministry of Education, Malaysia under the Department of Higher Education and AIMS Committee (Malaysia) on October 5-7, 2019 with Dr. Hermelina F. Azanes – IRO and Prof. Rocelyn M. Imperial – AIMS Coordinator. The two-day workshop and cultural exposure started with a simple program then immediately plenary sessions and workshops were held. Presentation of workshop output was done right after the end of the talk of the speaker. There were three (3) major topics discussed however workshops were six (6) to share and discuss to the participants the importance of each sub-topics discussed.
