Embracing Neo Normal in Education Landscape: Target-setting and Operational Planning (TOP) for FY 2021 is this year’s theme for the Central Bicol State University of Agriculture’s Strategic Planning Activity on 8 to 17 September 2020.
University President, Dr. Albert Naperi, shared his vision of not only making CBSUA an agricultural research university of global standards but also a toursim hub in the Bicol Region.
The four Vice Presidents presented the cluster accomplishments in 2020 and priority targets for 2021 as consolidated from the four campuses. The IPDO, likewise, shared the Recovery Plan and University Investment Program (2020-2024) which are important documents after the pandemic hit all. Furthermore, the regulatory and statutory requirements were given again to remind the offices as they craft their plans.
Camarines Norte State College thru its IPDO Director, Prof. Emmalyn Guaves, and Planning Officer, Mr. Ronaldo Dando, shared its accomplishments on implementing Comprehensive Land Use Program (CLUP) and Electronic Budgeting and Planning Process (eBPPro) to CBSUA officials and attendees of the third day of planning activity as CBSUA intends to make its financial management system more updated and adaptable to current situations. Moreover, their IPDO gave tips on how to increase funding resources; mphasizing that everything begins with comprehensive land use plan.
The said planning session is a vital activity of the institution to ensure attainment of its vision.
