FSSC LAUNCHES PAMANA PROJECT, ENHANCING CAMPUS LEARNING ENVIRONMENTS

The Federation of Supreme Student Council (FSSC), the highest policy-making body of student leaders across the university, has officially launched its flagship legacy initiative, the FSSC PAMANA Project, under the leadership of outgoing President and Student Regent, Hon. Jovie C. Floresca. As part of the project’s initial rollout, the Calabanga, Pasacao, and Pili Campuses each received two 55-inch Smart TVs during an official turnover ceremony held on June 17, 2025. Simultaneously, installation is underway for a wall-mounted speaker system at the Sipocot Campus, further expanding the project’s reach.

The PAMANA Project, short for Pangkalahatang Alay na Makabuluhan at Angkop na Napapakinabangan ng mga Aktibong kabataan, reaffirms the FSSC’s dedication to student welfare by promoting inclusive, innovative, and conducive learning spaces. The initiative aims to enhance dynamic learning, support hybrid student activities, and improve the delivery of academic and co-curricular programs through upgraded audio-visual tools.

The turnover was formalized through a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) signed by Hon. Floresca, campus Supreme Student Council Presidents, and respective Campus Administrators, ensuring responsible use and maintenance of the donated equipment.

More than a material contribution, the PAMANA Project stands as a lasting testament to the FSSC’s legacy of empowering present and future students through accessible, meaningful, and sustainable initiatives.

With this milestone, the FSSC reinforces its commitment to student-centered leadership rooted in service, innovation, and lasting impact—a mission it vows to continue through future projects and initiatives. | 𝘙𝘦𝘱𝘰𝘳𝘵 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘱𝘩𝘰𝘵𝘰𝘴 𝘣𝘺 𝘑𝘰𝘷𝘪𝘦 𝘊. 𝘍𝘭𝘰𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘤𝘢
