CBSUA RECOGNIZED AS BICOL’S TOP HEI IN 2025 TIMES HIGHER EDUCATION IMPACT RANKINGS

Central Bicol State University of Agriculture (CBSUA) continues to shine on the global stage as it was recognized as the Top 1 Higher Education Institution (HEI) in Bicol and Top 4 in the Philippines in the prestigious 2025 Times Higher Education (THE) Impact Rankings.

CBSUA President Dr. Alberto N. Naperi and Commission on Higher Education Regional Office V (CHED-ROV) Director Dr. Demetrio P. Anduyan Jr. proudly received the award during the formal ceremony held on June 18, 2025, in Istanbul, Turkey. The recognition highlights CBSUA’s significant contribution to advancing the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through education, research, and community engagement.

“I warmly congratulate CBSUA for making it in the Times Higher Education Impact Ranking,” said Dr. Anduyan. “This is a manifestation of its unwavering commitment in empowering people and communities.
