The Central Bicol State University of Agriculture (CBSUA) Pasacao Campus celebrated its 23rd Commencement Exercises on June 24, 2025, with the theme “Batch 2025 Graduates: Life Champions and Future-ready Professionals of the 21st Century.” The event took place at the Multi-Purpose Building, where 340 spirited students received their degrees, marking the meaningful culmination of their academic journey.
The day began with a Baccalaureate Mass presided over by Rev. Fr. Marcos L. Quesada of St. Rose of Lima Parish Church, offering thanks for the graduates’ intellectual and spiritual growth, as they take on new life endeavors.
The Recognition Ceremony followed, honoring the achievements of the graduating class. Dr. Christian R. Repuya, an alumnus and current Dean of the Bicol State College of Arts and Trade College of Education, delivered an inspirational speech emphasizing the importance of honesty and integrity.
The Commencement Exercises concluded the day, filling the hearts of the CBSUA Pasacao community with pride. Former CBSUA President Dr. Georgina J. Bordado graced the esteemed occasion as Guest Speaker. Her Commencement Address, highlighting the significance of continual learning and self-development in embodying professionalism and versatility, resonated with the graduates, their parents, faculty and staff, university administrators, guests, and stakeholders.
