Central Bicol State University of Agriculture-Laboratory High School conducted Touching the Lives Program themed Sana ol! Enhancing Mental Health Resilience of Laboratory High School Students and Parents on 19 January 2021.
The said activity aimed to raise awareness on how to enhance mental health resilience, determine one’s coping and adaptability skills, gain knowledge on ICT and guidelines on assessment and grading in this time of pandemic.
Touching the lives program, a program of the College of Development Education, has been existent for several years now as a form of ensuring connection between the school and the students’ family.
