In its steadfast commitment to continuous improvement and client-centered service delivery, the Central Bicol State University of Agriculture (CBSUA) conducted a three-day orientation and workshop on the Re-engineering Plan and Revised Customer Satisfaction Survey (CSS) Form and Report from June 16 to 17, 2025, at the CBSUA Auditorium.

Participated in by process owners from all four campuses, the event aimed to equip key personnel with the tools and knowledge necessary to review, revise, and enhance institutional processes in line with the university’s quality assurance standards and client expectations.

The activity was anchored on CBSUA’s pursuit of greater efficiency, responsiveness, and excellence in public service. Through data-driven planning and collaborative analysis, the workshop served as a platform for assessing current workflows, identifying operational gaps, and crafting action-oriented re-engineering plans.

Ms. Rose Lynnor Matos, Director of the Quality Assurance Office, led the discussion on the updated CSS form and reporting structure, emphasizing the importance of gathering accurate client feedback and translating it into actionable insights. Mr. Luigi Lorenzo N. Razal, Senior Administrative Officer, provided comprehensive guidance on the development of re-engineering plans that align with the institution’s goals and promote standardized, high-impact service delivery.

The event also featured a hands-on workshop component, where participants were guided in evaluating their current procedures and identifying opportunities for streamlining. Serving as evaluators and facilitators during the workshop were Atty. Deonalaine Ivy P.  Figura, Ms. Jemirah Blessing Cantoria, and Mr. Luigi Lorenzo N. Razal, who provided expert insights and constructive feedback to the working groups.

A key focus of the activity was fostering inter-campus and inter-office collaboration. By aligning processes across similar units and promoting the sharing of best practices, CBSUA seeks to ensure consistency, comparability, and high standards of service delivery throughout the university system.

As CBSUA continues to enhance its institutional practices, activities like this workshop reflect the university’s commitment to transformative public service, collaborative leadership, and quality assurance at all levels.
