The Central Bicol State University of AgricultureโCollege of Economics and Management (CBSUAโCEM), in collaboration with the Revitalized Pulis sa Barangay (R-PSB) and the Zonta Club of Naga, Camarines Sur, conducted an orientation and needs assessment survey on March 24, 2025, at Barangay Camuning, Calabanga, Camarines Sur.
The activity marked the launch of the “C.L.E.A.R.” (Cooperative Learners and Empowerment of Agricultural Responders) Project, led by Dr. Gladys G. Rosales, a faculty member of CBSUAโCEM. The initiative aims to assess the communityโs existing resources and urgent needs, serving as a foundation for tailored development programs.
Key attendees included Barangay Captain Hon. Alfonso Dumalasa Jr.; Janet G. Benitez, Project Development Officer II of the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD); and PCPT Rolly Rubi Nebran, R-PSB Team Leader.
The C.L.E.A.R. Project is designed to promote sustainable development by offering alternative livelihood opportunities, with a special focus on empowering women.
