On December 5-6, 2023, the College of Agriculture and Natural Resources led the Celebration of World Soils Day in CBSUA.
Various activities related to soil science were conducted, such as forum, games, and musical events. The highlights of the celebration were the 1st PSSST Quiz Bee competition and the launching of Repurposed Bus for Soil Interpretation.
The college spearheaded the event to showcase soil science and technologies within the university, creating community awareness of the university’s past and ongoing activities. Moreover, it aimed to promote soil science among the university’s students.
