The College Artisans Bulletin, the official student publication of Central Bicol State University of Agriculture (CBSUA) – Sipocot, and The Inksight, the official publication of CBSUA – Sipocot Laboratory High School, emerged as victors in the recently concluded 15th National Press Media Conference and 2nd International Research Media Conference.ย
This achievement was attained amidst a competitive field of 877 delegates representing 67 educational institutions across secondary and tertiary levels. The conference was held at Angels’ Hills Formation and Retreat in Tagaytay City, Cavite from September 18-20, 2024.

Joy Cabaltea, the Development Communication Editor, was also elected as the Auditor of the National Federation of Campus Journalists (NFCJ).
Archie A. Perpetua, The CAB coordinator, was given a commendation as one of the regional conveners, panel of the examiners during the Pambansang Pampautakan Pampahayagan, and as a Literary Editor of the first ever Literary Folio of the SPAM Inc., “Verses and Visons”.
The publication extends its heartfelt gratitude to the A/Y 2023-2024 Editorial Board and Staff who were instrumental in this triumph. The Inksight adviser, Jeselle M. Balmes and its former adviser, Kate Jasmin J. Avecilla, the LHS coordinator, Donna Claire B. Caรฑeza, under the supervision of its dean, Dr. Darrel M. Ocampo, the OSAS Chairperson, Prof. Charmayn N. Nate, our Campus Administrator, Prof. Rowel M. Castuera, and the ever supportive University President, Dr. Alberto N. Naperi, SUC President IV.
