Central Bicol State University of Agriculture (CBSUA) faculty members will soon have access to specialized Master’s and PhD programs in Technology and Engineering, thanks to a new partnership with Batangas State University (BatStateU). The agreement, being formalized today, February 21, 2024, by CBSUA President Dr. Alberto N. Naperi and BatStateU President Dr. Tirso A. Ronquillo, is designed to significantly enhance faculty qualifications.
“This partnership is crucial for elevating our technology and engineering programs,” said Dr. Naperi. “BatStateU, as ‘The National Engineering University,’ brings invaluable expertise that will directly benefit our faculty and students.” He emphasized the necessity of empowering faculty with advanced skills to produce excellent graduates.
This collaboration with BatStateU solidifies CBSUA’s commitment to faculty development and the advancement of higher education and research. CBSUA Pili Campus Administrator Dr. Allan B. Del Rosario also participated in the meeting.
